Translational motion estimation and compensation in distributed inverse synthetic aperture radar imaging of ship target with complex motion

A translational motion estimation and compensation method is proposed based on the parametric by multiple stations in distributed inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR) imaging. For ship targets with complex motion, ISAR increases cross-range resolution of image expanding observation angle. However, translation methods a single station will destroy correlation between echoes, which reduces quality, more accurate joint required. Multi-static obtained Distributed system, we can utilise parameter estimation: 1) Doppler estimation, 2) angle 3) rotation velocity estimation. Based above estimations, vector acceleration target be obtained, then realised parametrically. The algorithm processing chain presented this paper. Finally, numerical simulations four are to verify effectiveness robustness algorithm.
